The Process“At Millmasters, we strive to make each and every job a positive experience not only in the product we build for you, but the in-home service we provide as well. We know its YOUR home we're working on and Millmasters employees will always keep our respect for you and your property in the highest regard.” Initial Contact A Millmasters Designer will meet you at your home. They will ask a lot of questions to make sure we have a strong grasp of your needs and what our goal of accomplishment will be. This includes, color, style, function, wood or thermofoil type. The designer will make accessory suggestions and answer questions. Next, the designer will measure the area, enter the data into their computer design program and begin to graphically build your job. This is an interactive process as you, the customer, will be able to see your project while the designer builds it. Within 15-20 minutes of working together, your perfect woodworking project is born! At this point the designer will calculate the cost of your project, explain your payment options and provide you a lead time till installation. Now you can relax because your project goes into production using the highest quality products and techniques that Millmasters is famous for. Every part is prepared by hand to ensure your woodworking project is built exactly as you've ordered it. Once your job at the factory is complete, it's time for installation! We will call to schedule an installation date and to go over the details particular to your job. When the installers arrive, they will be dressed appropriately and respectfully. They will lay down floor coverings from your entry door to the area being worked on. Plastic sheets will be hung to enclose the work site and prevent dust and debris from spreading throughout your home. All cutting will be done outside and at the end of every day we will sweep and clean up debris to be disposed of back at our shop. Before long your project is completely installed and ready for your use. The lead installer will go over the finished product to answer questions and make sure that you the customer, are completely satisfied. We also give you care and maintenance instructions to insure a long lasting woodworking piece for many years to come. |
